“两江四岸”是重庆城市发展的主轴，也是彰显山水之城美丽之地独特魅力的宝贵资源。
位于长江沿线巴滨路作为重庆主城都市区中心城区“两江四岸”城市品质提升的重要项目，以着力展现巴南传统文化特色，提升民生品质，对沿线各大生态公园改造升级，当下公园新貌已成为市民们休闲娱乐之地。
巴滨路沿线18公里串联茶花广场、活力广场、阳春湿地、阳林渔港等6大生态湿地公园，借助罗莱迪思智慧灯杆，集合多功能设备于一体，打造基于物联网与大数据互联的智慧公园，进一步优化提升公园管理水平，惠及民生、提升幸福指数，助力城市低碳可持续发展。
项目共使用智慧灯杆26根，灯杆高度6米，融入重庆芙蓉花为元素，整体呈现科技时尚兼具优雅大气，提升城市形象品质的同时，展现着重庆经济的蓬勃发展和山城的热情魅力。
针对应用场景需求，智慧灯杆，预留5G微基站接口，通过挂载WIFI、视频监控、USB充电、IP广播及LED显示屏等设备，满足公园智慧照明、安防监控、通讯基站、紧急通知发布和便民服务板块。

智能照明
对阳春湿地、茶花广场等不同公园区域的路灯进行单灯或分区管理，拥有自动开关、自动调光、异常保护、状态检测等服务功能，可分时分段对光源亮度调节，实现公园智慧照明的精细化管理。

共享WiFi
以智慧路灯为载体，WiFi信号覆盖城市公园的主要公共空间，通过智能数据网关接入控制中心，让广大市民可以享受免费WiFi、Internet服务。
IP广播系统
壁挂式设计，结构设计合理，数据安全加密，防止非法操作和篡改。CD立体音质，可作为背景音乐，或者应急广播，提升城市管理的应急处理效率。
智能监控系统
实时监测各公园运行状况。配置像素高清球机，360°信息采集，可实时调取视频监控画面、查询历史监控记录。
视频监控系统可直接接入到政府专网，比如城管、公安等统一管理。
LED显示屏
户外全彩LED显示屏，面向市民公众的传播界面，播放重庆巴南的旅游宣传、防疫措施、公益广告等等，服务市民出行和旅游。

Located in the Yangtze River along the Babin Road as the main urban area of Chongqing city center, “two rivers and four banks,” an important project to enhance the quality of the city, in order to focus on showing the characteristics of the traditional culture of Banan, enhance the quality of people's livelihoods, the major ecological parks along the line of renovation and upgrading of the park's new look has become a place of recreation for the public.
Babin Road along the 18-kilometer string of Camellia Square, Vitality Square, Yangchun Wetland, Yanglin Fishing Harbor and other 6 ecological wetland parks, with the help of Roledisi smart light pole, a collection of multi-functional equipment in one, to create a smart park based on the Internet of Things and big data interconnections, to further optimize and improve the management level of the park, benefit people's livelihoods, improve the happiness index, and help the city's low-carbon and sustainable development.
The project uses a total of 26 smart light poles, light pole height of 6 meters, integrated into the Chongqing Hibiscus flower as an element, the overall presentation of science and technology fashion and elegant atmosphere, to enhance the quality of the city's image at the same time, showing Chongqing's economic development and the warmth of the charm of the mountain city.
