2019年1月11日，北京市级行政中心正式迁入北京城市副中心。当清晨一缕阳光照在北京城市副中心行政办公区主广场上时，庄严肃穆的升旗仪式隆重举行，简朴的办公区在朝阳的映衬下显得格外庄重大气。
以光之名，照亮新典范

设计理念
北京市级行政中心位于通州区潞城镇北运河北岸，市委、市人大常委会、市政协办公区在北、东、西三面呈品字形排列，市政府办公区位于市委办公区北侧，整个办公区建筑风格简朴大气。
北京城市副中心著力于打造国际和谐宜居之都示范区、新型城镇化示范区、京津冀区域协同发展示范区。庄严肃穆的北京城市副中心，照明设计以低调简约又不失高雅的光色为主，打造宁静淡然的灯光风格，以光之名连接日与夜的轮回。

光影作为环境需求与建筑艺术的表达，照明设计以建筑为导向，整体通过简约而沉稳的灯光表现方式，以简利落的暖白光为主，体现中国风格、地域风貌，凸显主要功能区块、主要景观、主要建筑物的照明风格。
项目过程中，为凸显绿色、未来、智能化的理念，打造北京城市副中心高要求水准，罗莱迪思进行多次光效模拟与专业调试等，根据照明设计需求对灯具光效、眩光控制、灯具角度等多方面进行定制化设计，以专业化产品和精细化服务点亮北京城市副中心。

On January 11, 2019, the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center was officially moved into the Beijing Urban Subcenter. When a ray of sunlight shines on the main square of the administrative office area of the Beijing Urban Vice Center in the early morning, a solemn flag-raising ceremony is held, and the simple office area looks particularly solemn and atmospheric under the reflection of the rising sun.

Design Philosophy
The Beijing Municipal Administrative Center is located on the north bank of the North Canal in Lucheng Town, Tongzhou District, with the offices of the Municipal Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference arranged in zigzag shape in the north, east and west, and the municipal government's office is located in the north side of the Municipal Party Committee office.
The Beijing Sub-city Center strives to create an international model area for harmonious living, a model area for new-type urbanization, and a model area for coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In the solemn Beijing Vice City Center, the lighting design is based on low-key, simple and elegant light colors, creating a serene and calm lighting style, connecting the cycle of day and night in the name of light.

In terms of architectural style, Beijing Urban Vice Center carefully creates each block and building from various aspects of architectural design, landscape design and lighting design.
Light and shadow as the expression of environmental needs and architectural art, lighting design is oriented to architecture, and the whole through a simple and calm lighting expression, mainly simple and sharp warm white light, reflecting the Chinese style, regional style, and highlighting the lighting style of the main functional blocks, the main landscape, and the main buildings.
In the course of the project, in order to highlight the concept of green, future, intelligent, and to create a high level of requirements for the Beijing Urban Vice Center, Lorentz carried out a number of light effect simulations and professional debugging, etc., and customized the design according to the lighting design needs of the lighting fixtures and lamps, glare control, lamps and lanterns angle, etc., to light up the Beijing Urban Vice Center with specialized products and refined services.
