项目概况:
驻马店市天气雷达楼及科技馆基地，东临乐山大道，南临通达路。工程规划总用地面积23842.35平方米，建筑占地5000㎡，总建筑面积12912㎡。裙房四层，建筑高度20.20米，属多层建筑，结构形式为框架结构。主楼主要支撑新一代天气雷达用，按构筑物设计，不计入建筑面积及层数，构筑物高度为99.50米，剪力墙结构。
根据建筑的特征，我们对建筑照明设计表现在群楼（近人尺度）、建筑主体（街道尺度/城市尺度）、建筑顶部（地标尺度）三方面。
地标尺度：
高色温，城市的天际线，采用具有穿透力的色光。
街道/城市尺度：
为烘托建筑的中上段照明，可以弱化处理，或辅助形成主体界面照明的动态变化。
近人尺度：
采用低色温，最能体现此处的活力与文化
设计定位：
不同的色温会产生不同的心理暗示，暖色温给人温馨、阳光、热情等感觉；冷色温给人冷静、严肃、清醒的感觉。做设计时会根据每栋建筑的功能属性选择不同的色温。
驻马店气象塔色温定位：3500K—5000K，彩色光 日蓝两色主。
建筑造型采用简洁现代的建筑风格，在气势上展现驻马店市经济腾飞的精神面貌。通过层层退台的裙房处理及主楼6个方向的曲面变化，利用雷达独特的球形造型，充分体现了驻马店市经济腾飞的精神面貌，寓意驻马店市象一颗正在冉冉升起的“天中明珠”，屹立于中原大地，给人以强烈的视觉震撼。
设计构思：
主要以简洁明快的剪影光表现塔体轮廓，用虚实对比的方式体现建筑内敛、含蓄、优雅的品质，慢慢散发其独特魅力，如同扬中悠久的历史一般醇厚，深沉。
并在此基础上增加多媒体屏的面积，更多效果更多场景使驻马店气象塔成为河南夜景观中又一颗冉冉升起的新星，璀璨耀眼。
同时增加以全息投影为主的视频灯光秀的形式表现塔体，增加多种场景模式，使其成为驻马店的夜间视觉焦点。
Zhumadian weather radar building and science and Technology Museum base, east of Leshan Avenue, south of Tongda Road. The project planning total land area of 23842.35 square meters, the building covers an area of 5000 square meters, the total construction area of 12,912 square meters. The podium is a four-storey building with a height of 20.20 meters. It is a multi-storey building with a frame structure. The main building mainly supports the new generation of weather radar. It is designed according to the structure, not including the building area and the number of floors. The height of the structure is 99.50 meters and the shear wall structure.
According to the characteristics of the building, our architectural lighting design is manifested in three aspects: group building (approachable scale), building main body (street scale/city scale), and building top (landmark scale).
Landmark scale:
High color temperature, city skyline, with penetrating color light.
Street/City scale:
In order to highlight the lighting of the middle and upper section of the building, the treatment can be weakened, or the dynamic change of the main interface lighting can be assisted.
Approachable scale:
Low color temperature is used to best reflect the vitality and culture of the place
Design orientation:
Different color temperature will produce different psychological hints, warm color temperature gives people warm, sunshine, enthusiasm and other feelings; Cool color temperature gives people a calm, serious, sober feeling. Different color temperatures are chosen according to the functional properties of each building.
Zhumadian weather tower color temperature positioning: 3500K-5000K, color light sun blue two color main.
The architecture adopts simple and modern architectural style to show the spirit of Zhumadian's economic take-off on the momentum. Through the treatment of the podium and the change of the curved surface of the main building in 6 directions, the use of the unique spherical shape of the radar fully reflects the spiritual outlook of Zhumadian City's economic take-off, implying that Zhumadian City is like a rising "pearl in the sky", standing in the Central Plains, giving people a strong visual shock.
The infinite upward extension reflects the sense of volume and modernity of the building. Considering the actual effect of long, medium and close range. The specific use of different means of point, line and surface for comprehensive design, emphasize the rhythm of the original building, highlight the building's virtual and real appearance modeling and structural characteristics, to achieve the combination of realism and freehand, night landscape design considering the lighting effect of different periods (energy saving, weekdays, festivals) intelligent control.
Design idea:
It mainly expresses the outline of the tower body with simple and bright silhouette light, and reflects the introverted, implicit and elegant quality of the building with the contrast of virtual and real, and slowly emits its unique charm, which is mellow and deep as Yangzhong's long history.
And on this basis, increase the area of the multimedia screen, more effects and more scenes make Zhumadian meteorological Tower become another rising star in Henan night landscape, bright and dazzling.
At the same time, the form of video light show based on holographic projection is added to express the tower body, and a variety of scene modes are added to make it become the night visual focus of Zhumadian.
